Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions. You will be asked to confirm your understanding and agreement at the end.

• All the above information is correct, and you pledge to raise a minimum of £350 (excluding Gift Aid) for Solving Kids’ Cancer UK by participating in this event.
• To submit all money raised for this event within 6 weeks of the event taking place.
• To inform Solving Kids’ Cancer UK at the earliest opportunity if you are unable to take part in the event for any reason.
• To inform Solving Kids’ Cancer UK at the earliest opportunity if you have reason to believe that you will not fulfil you sponsorship pledge.
• Solving Kids’ Cancer UK is not the organiser of the event and does not have any responsibility or
liability in respect of running the event. Solving Kids’ Cancer UK will not be responsible for injury or
illness resulting from your participation or for any damage or losses outside of our control.
• If your application is successful, you will sign up to, read, and comply with, the event organiser’s Participant Agreement. Please read this carefully, as they will set out the event organiser’s obligations and liabilities to you and vice versa: (
