Solving Kids’ Cancer UK Christmas Prize Draw 2025 Terms and conditions

  • By entering the Solving Kids’ Cancer UK Christmas Prize Draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The cost of each ticket entry into the Solving Kids’ Cancer UK Christmas Prize Draw is £5. Payment to enter the Prize Draw must be made in advance of the draw date. Tickets can also be purchased in bundles: 5 entries for £20 and 12 entries for £50. If you are selling physical tickets on behalf of Solving Kids’ Cancer UK, the pricing must remain the same.
  • The online closing date for the Prize Draw is Thursday, 18 December 2025 at 09:00.
  • All ticket stubs for physical ticket sales must be returned to the Solving Kids’ Cancer UK Head Office (Solving Kids' Cancer UK, Unit 02-03, Salisbury House, 29 Finsbury Circus, London, EC2M 7AQ) by Friday, 12th December 2025. Those selling tickets on our behalf must be mindful of how long it will take for the post to arrive, including considering any postal strikes.
  • There are three entry routes to the Prize Draw: i) online ticket purchases via Crowdfunder, ii) physical ticket purchases, and iii) free postal entry.  
  • Free postal entry can be made by sending a postcard (with correct postage) with your name, address, email address and telephone number to: Solving, Kids’ Cancer UK, Unit 02-03 Salisbury House, London, EC2M 7AQ. Free postal entry is limited to one entry per person.  Postal entries are to be received by Friday, 12 December 2025, to be included in the Draw.  
  • The draw will take place on Thursday, 18 December 2025, at midday. 
  • Prizes are awarded randomly and purely based on chance.
  • A list of the prizes can be found on the Crowdfunder website here:  https://crowdfunder.co.uk/p/solving-kids-cancer-uk-christmas-prize-draw-1. All prizes have been donated either directly by the company or donated by one of our charity partners or supporters.
  • Solving Kids’ Cancer UK will notify winners by the email address or telephone number provided to Crowdfunder, or on your physical ticket stub between Thursday, 18 December and Tuesday, 23 December. We will confirm the address you would like your prize sent to and, where applicable, the format that you would like it in.
  • Solving Kids’ Cancer UK will send all prizes where the winner has responded and confirmed their address, but they will not arrive before Christmas. Solving Kids’ Cancer UK cannot accept responsibility for prizes not received.
  • No tickets are to be sold to, or on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years old. Solving Kids’ Cancer UK reserves the right to carry out age verification checks. 
  • Entrance open only to those living in Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
  • Any person found to be under 18 years of age automatically forfeits the right to any prize.
  • If an alcoholic prize is won, age verification may be required.
  • No tickets are to be sold to or by any person in the street.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Solving Kids’ Cancer UK reserves the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of equal value.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable, and no cash alternative is available.
  • Solving Kids’ Cancer UK reserves the right to award any prizes not claimed after six months to an alternative winner.
  • If you would like to donate your prize back to the charity, to benefit more children in the future, we will hold this prize for a future Prize Draw.
  • All proceeds of this Prize Draw will go directly towards the work of Solving Kids’ Cancer UK.
  • Personal data collected for entry to the Prize Draw will be handled in line with our privacy policy, which is available at: www.solvingkidscancer.org.uk/privacy-notice you are affected by gambling problems, GamCare can provide free support and information.   • Solving Kids’ Cancer UK reserves the right to reject any entry (and award any prize to an alternative winner) if it has grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or illegally, or on other reasonable grounds and shall have no liability to an entrant for any loss or damage arising from such rejection.
