Join Our Free February Virtual Challenge!

Get moving this February with a fun and flexible virtual challenge that’s open to everyone. Choose from three inspiring distances and complete yours your way; walk, run, scoot, cycle, swim or mix it up however you like! You’ll have the entire month of February to reach your goal, with the challenge running from 1 February to midnight on 28 February 2026.

January is for resolutions… but February is where the real commitment happens. Let’s take them on together!

Fundraising with purpose

While the challenge is free to join, we’re asking each participant to raise a minimum of £50 in support of Solving Kids’ Cancer UK. Don’t worry, you won’t be doing it alone. Invite your family, friends or colleagues to join in, or simply enjoy encouragement from our team. We’ll be by your side throughout the month, cheering you on and sharing tips to keep you motivated.

Three Distances. One Butterfly. Endless Possibilities.

Our three challenge options offer something for everyone, from beginners to seasoned movers. Each distance is linked to a colour of the Solving Kids’ Cancer UK butterfly, reflecting the three pillars of our work: blue for the pioneering clinical research we fund, pink for the support we provide to families throughout their cancer journey, and yellow for our advocacy for children and families affected by childhood cancer.

Choose your challenge:

  • Blue - 13 miles (21km) – Half Marathon Distance
  • Pink - 26.2 miles (42km) – Marathon Distance
  • Yellow - 40 miles (64km) – Ultra Marathon Distance

Pick the distance that excites you, inspires you, or simply feels achievable. Every effort counts.

Register your interest today and start your journey towards an active, uplifting and meaningful February.

When you complete your challenge, you’ll receive:

  •  A digital certificate of completion
  •  An eco-friendly medal
  •  A Solving Kids’ Cancer UK t-shirt (for anyone who raises over £150)

Let’s move, motivate and make a difference together this February.

How we help children affected by neuroblastoma

Solving Kids’ Cancer UK fights for a future where no child dies of neuroblastoma or suffers due to the treatment they receive. We initiate and fund innovative clinical research, support families throughout their child’s cancer journey, and campaign and collaborate for better treatments and care. Find out more about the impact we're having for children now and in the future thanks to supporters like you.
