Transitioning into adulthood
In this Neuroblastoma Parent Symposium 2020 session, Emma Potter, Clinical Nurse Specialist, presents on transitioning from child to adult care and the service changes that have taken place to improve experiences. Demie Risby, long-term survivor and Paediatric Nurse Specialist, also shares her experience of transitioning from child to adult care services. This is followed by a parent-driven Q&A hosted by Helen Simpson, Consultant Endocrinologist, who has an interest in late effects following childhood cancer in the adult population.
