Whether you are newly diagnosed, in frontline treatment or navigating relapse, each bag is curated to provide:

  • Practical items for hospital stays
  • Comfort and wellbeing products
  • Age‑appropriate treats for your child and family
  • A reminder that support is available whenever you need it

Why families value our Support Bags

Families tell us that receiving a Family Support Bag brings much‑needed comfort and smiles during incredibly tough times. Whether at the start of treatment or during long periods in hospital, receiving a bag can lift spirits and offer a moment of relief when it’s needed most.

“WOW!! I have just received quite the most ridiculously generous parcel. I really cannot believe the goodies in here. I really really cannot thank you guys enough for everything that you have done for us."- Siobhan, mum to Orla

What's inside the bags?

Each bag includes a selection of practical, comforting, and fun items chosen with care, for example, an electronic tablet, a plush toy, a children’s book, Playmobil, a doctors play set, a Costa voucher, Teapigs tea, helpful wellbeing items such as Vitamin E cream, and useful extras like a Hickman line vest, notebook, lunch box and thermometer. For older children, an Amazon voucher is included instead of the toys.

The exact items in the bags may vary from time to time based on family feedback, age suitability and availability, helping us make sure each bag is as helpful and meaningful as possible.

Many items have been generously donated by companies who want to support families affected by childhood cancer, including:

  • Scamp & Dude
  • Burnt Peach
  • Sumo Group
  • Ritter Sport
  • Reach Creative Branding
  • Superdry
  • WHSmith
  • Playmobil
  • Harper Collins
  • Teapigs
