Donate now to give hope to children and families facing cancer

Every two weeks a child in the UK dies of neuroblastoma. Help us change this outcome.

Children need kinder, more effective cancer treatments

There is a lack of investment in childhood cancer research, meaning many standard treatments for paediatric cancers in the UK have remained unchanged for decades, with little differentiation from adult treatments.

As a result, children endure harsh, toxic drugs that cause immense pain and lifelong side effects, while too often being ineffective.

With your support today, we can invest in pioneering neuroblastoma research to improve outcomes for future generations and provide kinder, more effective treatments for children in need now.

Research we have funded

We prioritise funding research that has the greatest potential to bring positive impact on children and families. This includes the ground-breaking MiNivAn clinical trial for children with relapsed or treatment-resistant neuroblastoma.

'Chemotherapy is not always the answer for every child. The MiNivAn trial has helped Poppy move from thirty-three spots down to just three, with no chemotherapy involved.’

Families facing a neuroblastoma need your help

At Solving Kids’ Cancer UK, we know first-hand how overwhelming a childhood cancer diagnosis is for families. Our Family Support Service provide guidance and hope at every step, helping families navigate treatment options and feel less alone throughout their difficult journey.

We receive no public funding, and we are only able to help these families because of generous donations.

Your donation today can provide on-going support, comfort and hope to children with neuroblastoma and their families.

Peter

‘Solving Kids’ Cancer UK have been key in helping us navigate relapse treatment options and supporting us all emotionally and practically. I honestly don’t know where we’d be right now without their support.’
