Lidl Mudder

Lidl Mudder is a one-mile course packed full of obstacles to give kids aged 5-12 the chance to work as a team and get a Lidl muddy. It’s THE mud and obstacle run for kids!

Available at all Tough Mudder weekend venues, there’s no reason why the whole family can’t get muddy this year. This is a great opportunity for children to make a difference to the lives of children with neuroblastoma, while taking part in a fantastic and fun event. We will be with you every step of the way to support with fundraising and preparation for the event.

Locations

There are nine different locations to choose from!

Note: Please take a close look at the locations of each event in the Venue column. London West, for example, is actually in Henley-on-Thames.

    • Lidl Mudder is a one-mile muddy obstacle course that encourages children to get muddy, work as a team and take on an adventure. The course features several obstacles including a mini Everest, mini Mud Mile and the Secret Agent Squeeze. At the end of the course, Lidl Mudders will receive a Lidl Mudder headband.

    • Lidl Mudder is for children aged 5-12, but please note that any child taking part must also be taller than 1.1m (3.5ft).

    • You will select a Lidl Mudder start time when you book your ticket and this will be confirmed via email in the days leading up to the event.

    • No, you don’t need to run the course, but a parent or guardian must be present at Lidl Mudder for the duration of their child’s run.

There should be no more than two children to each parent/guardian when taking part in Lidl Mudder.

You will need to buy a spectator pass for £10 from Tough Mudder in order to be able to attend and supervise your child.

    • Lidl Mudders are going to get muddy, so they should wear comfy clothes that they can move in easily and don’t mind getting dirty.

Comfortable trainers are also a must but please no football boots.

We also suggest bringing a set of clean, dry clothes and a towel. There will be changing facilities available at Lidl Mudder.

    • Yes, there will plenty to keep your pint-sized Mudders busy, including face-painting and an ice-cream van!

    • Absolutely! You will need to book this separately on the Tough Mudder website and ensure timings do not clash if you are also supervising children in Lidl Mudder.
